Privacy Policy

When you create an account with Pixero, we collect personal information such as your name, email address, and payment information. This information is necessary to provide our services and process transactions.

Creators can choose to give us a mobile phone number to receive text messages about brand invites and confirmed deals. Providing it is optional.

We automatically collect information about how you use our platform, including the prompts you generate, features you access, and your interaction patterns. This helps us improve our AI video prompt generation service.

We collect technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device information, and operating system to ensure our platform works optimally across different environments.

We use your information to provide and maintain our AI video prompt generation services, process your payments, and manage your account and subscription.

We may use your email address to send you important updates about your account, billing notifications, and occasionally, information about new features or improvements to Pixero.

We may use your information to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our terms of service.

We share information with trusted third-party service providers who help us operate our platform, including payment processors (Stripe), authentication services (Supabase), messaging providers (Twilio), and hosting providers. These providers are bound by confidentiality agreements. None of these categories include text messaging opt-in data or consent, which is never shared as described below.

We may disclose your information if required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Pixero, our users, or others.

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of the business transaction. We will notify you of any such change in ownership or control.

We will not share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

If you turn on text alerts in the creator portal, we text you when a brand invites you to a campaign or confirms a deal. Numbers in the United States and Canada receive SMS; numbers elsewhere receive WhatsApp messages. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply.

We do not share, sell, rent, or transfer mobile phone numbers, text messaging opt-in data, or consent with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We share your number only with the messaging provider that delivers our texts on our behalf (Twilio).

Reply STOP to any SMS, or turn off text alerts in the creator portal, and we will stop texting you. Reply HELP or email support@pixero.ai for help.
